    Digital transformation make innovation in the new normal. Canon Hongkong Company Limited hosted “DX Journey: Achieving Digital Maturity” at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui on 8 December 2021 to deploy digital capabilities across different business functions to reach the stage of Digital Maturity Model (DMM). Alongside with the aid of the 5-dimentionnal DMM of Customer, Strategy, Technology, Operations and Organization and Culture, enterprises could create their unique, industry-oriented roadmap of digital transformation in various departments that fits in line with their business strategies, achieving the digital transformation.

    We also participated Japan Autumn Festival in Hong Kong 2021, and had joint promotion between Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and Canon Hong Kong to bring various beautiful colors of autumn in Japan by Canon professional printing technology in the event.

    The application of robots is popular nowadays. Canon’s intelligent service robots could help for the internal dispatch of letters and products, reducing the work in administrative department. The Intelligent service robot mechanically locked throughout the journey and secured with encryption to prevent unauthorized access and information leakage, documents could be opened only by the recipient with their password.

    Utilizing data in a proper way can drive growth for business. Canon offered cutting-edge customer communication management solutions (CCM), which focuses on data mining and customer engagement and could understand customers' expectations and needs across all omni-channel to share personalized advertisement or promotion message, enhancing effective communication and interactive with customers, generating new business opportunities.

    Canon’s output management solution, uniFlow features a built-in hybrid technology that continues to combine on-premises and cloud resources to offer complementary benefits, offering a flexible printing and scanning system for enterprises, suitable for any corporation, regardless of size and industry. Meanwhile, they could also enjoy various print job submission login methods to control the authorized documents to be printed only.

    Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning was a key for data extraction. Canon’s Data Capture Solution, IRISXtract, could automatically perform high-quality data extraction and indexing, eliminating monotonous and mundane tasks, suitable for finance and account department.

    Customer experienced a robot greeting in this event which arranged by Canon Hong Kong. It was not only chit-chat with customer, but also bring them to the showcase. Canon’s Virtual Reception Solution enabled visitor to perform self check-in with their unique QR code upon their arrival. A kiosk with floor plan could be used to guide visitors to the destination once registration completes.
