In view of the situation of the COVID-19, the following measures are put in place at Canon Hong Kong offices, Canon Business Experience Center, Canon Customer Care Center and Canon Image2 showroom:
Alcohol hand sanitizer is provided at all touchpoints
All staff is required to have proper wearing of surgical mask to maintain good personal hygiene, and all visitors are also required to wear a surgical mask for mutual protection
Temperature screening and hand sanitizing for all visitors before entering the Canon Image2 showroom and Canon Customer Care Center, surgical mask must be worn during visit
Increase the cleaning frequency for Canon Image2 showroom public area and display products with disinfectant every two hours to ensure a safe product trial experience
Our technical engineer will sanitize their hands and products, including pre and post repair procedure, along with protective gear such as gloves and safety glasses if necessary
Temperature screening at China Life Center lobby for all persons entering Canon office and Canon Business Experience Center
