    Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence Company Visit at Canon

    Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) is a non-profit professional organization, led by experienced service professionals. It has always been promoting the spirit of excellent and high quality services.

    Members of HKACE and service professionals experienced Canon intelligent workplace at 23 Nov 2018, themed as “Get closer to the customers by iservice”. Participants visited Canon Business Experience Center and Image², understood Canon innovative technologies and intelligent business solutions, as well as the remote Technical Services (rTS) which has awarded the "Service Innovation Award" Bronze Award of 2017 by HKACE. In response to the market trend and customer expectation toward service quality, Canon offers diverse technologies and customized solutions for enterprises of different fields in order to elevate the level of customer services. Customers can therefore enjoy the high quality service and innovative supports provided by Canon.
