“Canon Green & Intelligent Office” Seminar
Canon Hongkong co-organized an event with World Green Organisation (WGO) inviting WGO members to experience green and intelligent working environment at Canon Business Experience Center, themed as “Canon Green & Intelligent Office” on 10 Jan 2020. The event provided inspiring ideas on how to create a greener office environment by utilizing multiple business solutions is shared.
In the office tour, customers understood how Canon saves energy to build a sustainable office. Various business workflows were introduced to show how they are transforming digitally with intelligent solutions. For instance, to replace traditional whiteboard with a digital Interactive Panel to enrich discussion during a meeting, to better allocate resources with SMARTReserve booking system, to analyze print usage and manage print volume with Output Management Solution – uniFLOW and to digitalize business workflows with cloud-based Document Management Solution – Therefore. All of which can reduce the use of papers whilst enhancing operational efficiency, making business sustainability possible.
