Canon Hongkong held an event – “Enjoy Life & Simplicity IV – Burgundy Night” on 14th September, 2018 at The Town, Central, had a taste of Burgundy white and red wine from famous regions. Besides, a Simplicity at Work Session was held as well to introduce how to utilize Canon’s business solutions so as to optimize operation efficiency and enjoy life at work.
Several well-known Burgundy wines were tasted in the event, including wines from Chassagne-Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot. Every kind of wines has their own characteristics and each was matched with European cuisine according to their richness. Ms. Rebecca Leung, a WSET Certified Educator, was invited to share French cultures and the remarkable characteristics of each wine. She also shared her comments and experiences on Burgundy Wine tasting, wishing all industry partners could enjoy life apart from work.
Regarding the working simplicity, Canon is aimed to help enterprises to make it possible in workplace. Application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology such as Automated Account Payable System is suggested to implement in business workflow. This will help executing borderless operation across regions and even countries, especially beneficial to multinational corporations. Consequently, the communication and sharing of information between colleagues from different regions can be further enhanced. Ultimately, their business operation mobility and productivity can be highly improved.
