Hong Kong Retail Innovation Day 2018

Hence, adding values to the business itself.
Mr. Vincent Leung, Senior Manager of Business Service & Solution Division, Business Imagining Solution & Production Printing Group, Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd. introduced that Video Analytics Solution can be used to find out customers’ age, gender and ethnic distribution, offer a more in-depth study to understand the characteristics of customer base. It also reveals the distribution of customers in every specific area or time, so users can compare with the sales data to better understand the business performance. All data and reports can be accessed through smartphones and tablets, increasing work mobility.
