On 16 October, 2020, Canon Hongkong has organized the last episode of the Summer Seasons webinar – “To Change Or Not To Change”. In this webinar, we are pleased to have Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) as our guest speaker to share the decision making and challenges of digital transformation in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) perspective.

ADAHK offers opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in arts and cultural activities, as well as to develop their potential in artistic creation. However, with the development of the organization and the advancement of technology, ADAHK has encountered different obstacles in organizating new activities and workshops. These include the lack of storage space, the obsolescence of old file formats, and the inconvenience of information sharing. As a result, ADAHK decided to keep up with the technology trends and transform digitally.

Canon Hongkong provides one-stop scanning services and Antelope cloud-based document management solution to help ADAHK digitalize their existing documents and files. These files are then moved to cloud storage stage by stage without affecting their daily operations. A comprehensive employee training program is also provided so that they can adapt to new working environment more quickly.

Antelope cloud-based document management solution overcomes the difficulties

    Protect Valuable Assets
