"Print Out of the Fun" Seminar
Creation is a way of expression without framework and complete freedom. There is no age limit for creation, we can boldly play with colors, create to our heart's content and enjoy the joy of creation.
On 1 March 2023, Canon Hong Kong held the " Print Out of the Fun " seminar and invited the students and teachers from Mary of Providence Primary School to participate in the seminar, hoping to give them a deeper understanding of printing and design. At the seminar, Mr. Raymond Or, Senior Supervisor of Marketing & Strategic Planning Division shared Canon’s latest large-format printers imagePROGRAF GP series and imagePROGRAF PRO series, as well as poster and graphic design online platform Poster Artist, and the typesetting technique, so that students can understand how to create unique posters and books easily with an easy-to-use application, printed in eye-catching vibrant colors.
imagePROGRAF GP series printers support brand-new fluorescent inks. Users can flexibly use various colors for creation and directly print gold and silver color effects without using additional gold or silver inks to create eye-catching effects for text, patterns, artwork images and backgrounds. In addition, PosterArtist (web version) has a built-in theme, design or "automatic design" function. Users can create infectious posters and book graphic designs according to their personal preferences. The program is connected to multiple Canon printer series, so that the work can be printed directly with one click, making the workflow simple and convenient.
In the future, Canon will continue to cultivate children's infinite creativity and imagination through seminars in various forms, and through a variety of applications and printing series, unleashing infinite possibilities.
