HKPC Seminar
The Internet of Things refers to all items or devices connected to the Internet, just like human beings, which can transmit and read information through the network or the cloud. Today’s Internet of Things refers more specifically to interconnected devices that combine sensors, software, and other technologies that can send notifications to users or automate actions to easily process large amounts of data.
On February 17, 2023, Canon Hong Kong held a HKPC seminar and invited the winners of the Hong Kong Division of the Internet of Things to participate in the exchange of equipment and technologies for the Internet of Things. At the seminar, Canon Hong Kong Co., Ltd. Mr. Allan Kwong, Assistant Manager of Business Service & Solution Division, Business Imaging Solution and Production Printing Group, shared how Canon uses different IOT technology products and business solutions in assisting enterprises to increase their productivity. It includes a multi-functional document processing system with print management functions. As long as it is connected to the cloud output management solution uniFLOW Online, users can submit print jobs through the cloud. uniFLOW Online can also allow users to work flexibly anytime and anywhere, including storing, accessing, and printing files, improving work efficiency.
Collecting and transmitting data through IoT devices can provide enterprises with more accurate outputs and insights. Canon Hong Kong will continue to provide enterprises with high-quality business application services and solutions in the future to help them achieve business success.
