With professional craftsmanship technique and Japanese tuna knife (Maguro Bocho), the master performs tuna live filleting shows, which is a whole tuna, and then introduce different parts of tuna and their best cooking styles. Let’s the guests enjoy various tasty tuna cuisines and sakes, discovering the attractiveness of Japan and enjoy a fantastic experience on both vision and taste!
