Our commitment to foster a happy corporate culture has been fully recognized by the Chief Happiness Officer Association. In the “Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Awards 2025,” we were honored for the third consecutive year with the “Top 10 Happy Companies Award to Work For” and for the second consecutive year with the “Shared Value Award”.
Canon Hong Kong is highly concerned about the holistic well-being of its employees—physically, mentally, and within their families. Through the “Big Smile” culture, we organize various activities for employees and their families to maintain a healthy work-life balance. These include Healthy Fruit Day, Massage Day, wellness seminars, parent-child cooking classes and STEAM workshops. Every afternoon at 3 pm, employees enjoy a half-hour break and snack stations to help them relax and recharge. In addition, we streamline workflows with innovative technologies and smart solutions to improve efficiency, creating a smart, positive and caring work environment that fosters happiness and team cohesion. We strive to spread this joyful culture to the community. Since 2015, we established the Corporate Volunteer Team, actively collaborated with various charitable organizations and participated in public welfare activities, contributing to environmental protection and building of an inclusive society.

The “CHO Appreciation Award” is created to honor, award and collaborate with organizations that have shown tremendous effort in demonstrating CHO practices in 3 key areas: 1) Corporate Governance Stewardship (Employee Happiness’ Strategies), 2) Employees’ Wellbeing Initiatives, and 3) Organizational Culture Development & Digital Transformation. Companies are assessed holistically based on their performance in promoting sustainable employee happiness and a positive long-term impact in these three areas.
