    Canon Hong Kong Attained HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award

    With the motto “Delighting You always” at heart, Canon Hongkong Company Limited (Canon Hong Kong) strives to delight customers with innovative products, high quality service and wide range of activities to offer a joyful journey using Canon products. Canon Hong Kong is the proud recipient of the HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award 2023 organized by the Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) in praise of the company’s Customer Delight Program. At the HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award Presentation Ceremony held on 22 May 2024, Canon Hong Kong was presented Merit Award in the category of Customer Care Award. 

    Customer Care Award – Customer Delight Program

    Canon Hong Kong upholds the vision of “Closer to Customer” and Customer Delight Program offers creative online and offline activities to connect customers beyond regular service support. Canon Hong Kong online platform provides services around the clock to meet the increasing demand for self-service. The broad range of e-services includes requesting for the product repair quotations, making online payments, arranging an appointment for door-to-door pickup and delivery services, checking repair status with SMS updates in real-time, seeking assistance via online chat or customer service hotline, anytime and anywhere.

    To engage with diverse audiences, Canon Hong Kong offers a variety of workshops in the well-facilitated showroom at Canon Image Square, where customers can have trial of the latest Canon photography, videography, and printing equipment. Besides offering photography skill classes, Canon Hong Kong also hosts special themed events inviting KOLs and professional photographers to share their expertise and interact with the audiences. Canon Image Square also offers studio rental services with comprehensive equipment support for photography lovers to practice their skill and print out their work with self-printing service available from A4 to A1 poster size print.

    Canon Hong Kong also organizes different types of unique activities with some led by Professional Photographer such as sports photography workshops that not only offer pre-and-post skill training classes but also exclusive onsite photo shooting opportunities during the Hong Kong Football Premier League final match.

    To be awarded HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award is a huge encouragement to Canon Hong Kong service team. Canon Hong Kong will continue to enhance services quality to deliver heartwarming customer experience.

    Established in February 2000, the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) is a non-profit professional organization led by customer service professionals, comprising 9 founding members and 38 corporate members from different industries, with the support of the Government, community and industry leaders. By means of activities, awards and education programs, the HKACE is dedicated in fostering customer service excellence in Hong Kong.

    ​​​​In line with the mission to promote customer service excellence among members, the HKACE introduced the Customer Service Excellence Award program in 2001. Nowadays, the Customer Service Excellence Award has become an annual key event of the HKACE. By presenting the Grand Award, Outstanding Customer Service Program Award, Service Appreciation Award as well as Team Award and Individual Awards for different categories, the award motivates customer service staff, promotes a customer service culture and recognizes outstanding performers.

    This is the 8th year Canon Hong Kong has participated in the HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award Program to share aspirations in achieving excellent customer service.
