    The “Best All-round MPF Employer” Award*, organized by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, for Canon HK’s effort in fulfilling all criteria including:

    • Offered more than one MPF scheme for employees
    • Offered MPF voluntary contributions on behalf of the employees
    • Granted the “Good MPF Employer” Award for 6 consecutive years (2014 – 2020)*
    • Granted also the “e-Contribution” Award and the “MPF Support” Award

    *There are 41 out of 1,671 organizations were honoured with “the Best All-round MPF Employer” Award, as they also fulfilled the following four criteria: offering more than one MPF scheme to employees, offering MPF voluntary contributions for their employees, receiving the e-Contribution Award, and receiving the MPF Support Award.

    Canon HK creates a dynamic and positive working environment for colleagues. The eco-friendly open office design is based on the concept of sustainability, the cosy working environment that facilitates interdepartmental communication. Indoor spinning bikes and private wellness rooms equipped with refrigerator, massage chairs and lounge chairs welcome staffs to recharge and take a break from their work station. The wellness rooms also served for breastfeeding employees to express breastmilk in the workplace. Through different communication platforms, such as luncheons with management, annual conferences, the company allows employees and management to have regular idea exchanges and bring new thinking to enhance the company’s future development.
