A one-stop platform for customers to perform transactions such as ordering of consumables, review device performance, retrieve invoices, submit meter counts and log a service request, all at the click of a few buttons.

Data Backup Service provides a means to backup device configuration and information. In the time of data recovery, this serves as an efficient and effective method to recover device to its previous working state.
