Data Logging
All end-user activities such as print, scan, copy and fax are logged in the multifunctional device. This works even when the device is not connected to the network.
Job log data includes attributes such as time, date and username. An image is captured at the same time and tagged to the log.
Data Tracking
All logged data are stored in the server. Administrator can have a data tracking on the job list to check specific data or document, e.g. who leaked the data, when and where user did it, to find out more information.
With uniFLOW, automated OCR scan can be performed to search for keyword with real-time email alert to the administrator. If required, administrators can also set printing restriction by using specific keyword.
Data Managing
The amount of logged data can be substantially large, and necessarily to retain for future audit.
Through uniFLOW integration, administrators can compress the logged data and encrypt it with password for longer term file preservation needs. These compressed files can then be output automatically to any WebDAV-enabled information management system, SharePoint, Therefore, etc., for future audit purpose.
