The recently concluded CC-APAC Conference & Expo 2025 in Shenzhen, organized by the Contact Center Association of Asia Pacific, successfully brought together thought leaders from across the Asia-Pacific. Under the theme “Connecting Cultures – Elevating Customer Experience through AI and Human Touch,” the event explored balancing technological innovation with human connection. Canon Hong Kong was proud to participate as a supporting company, showcasing how intelligent solutions bridge this gap.
Mr. Ivan Kwok, Senior Manager of Canon Hongkong Company Limited, delved into the next frontier of enterprise intelligence in his session, “Redefine Business Process by AI Agent.” He demonstrated how technologies like Agentic AI, GraphRAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) unify data from disparate sources, going beyond simple retrieval to perform deep analysis. This empowers businesses with sharper decision-making, refined workflows, and better cost optimization.
Beyond the seminar, our booth served as a hub of interaction. Our solutions consultants provided live demonstrations of our AI Genie 2 platform, showcasing its ability to transform finance operations like accounts payable. The platform automatically extracts invoice data and uses intelligent matching to flag discrepancies, enhancing accuracy and accelerating payments.
The platform's versatility was also highlighted in terms of HR and Sales. It can assess candidates against job requirements, automatically score applicants, and suggest interview questions. For sales teams, it analyzes historical data to pinpoint customer needs, recommends suitable products, and generates custom proposals.
