With the exceptional customer service and innovative remote and predictive Technical Services rTS, Canon Hongkong is much honored to receive the "Service Innovation Award" Bronze Award of 2017 from the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) on 23 January 2018.We are delighted to win this award for the third consecutive year, which recognizes Canon Hongkong‘s on-going innovation in providing a better quality of customer service.

In addition to our commitment to bring innovative products and service to our customer, we succeeded to enhance customer service through innovative technology. At the same time, we understand the needs of customers via feedback from different channels to meet customer expectations in all aspects of services.

    Customers today seek for speed and efficiency and younger customers prefer to be engaged in the problem solving process.Remote and predictive services are the major project of Canon Hongkong this year. The objective is to significantly improve operational efficiency by minimizing machine downtime and reduce the related impact on daily business operations. With remote support service through telephone, customers can save at least 30 minutes for waiting our engineer to travel on-site and problem can be solved in a blink of eye.

    eService, providing customer hassle-free experience
    With advancement in product design enabling a higher degree of automation such as eService, customers can enjoy hassle-free service from us. New technology enables Canon to receive full machine status data from the multifunctional device, which helps providing automated forecasting services in our systems, including e-Toner (toner delivery), e-Meter (meter reading) and e-Proactive (automated technical support). The predictive and proactive actions generated by eService are recognized by our customers, by minimizing their time spent on machine monitoring and related duties.
