    Canon Hong Kong Honored with the “100%HK Branding Award – Outstanding CSR in Environmental Conservation 2022”

    The annual business event, “100%HK Branding Award” presentation ceremony, was successfully held on 22 August during the Hong Kong Computer & Communication Festival 2022. Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd. (Canon Hong Kong) was proud to be nominated by the Hong Kong Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling Association for the fourth time, receiving the "100%HK Branding Award - Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Environment Conservation 2022".

    “The 100%HK Branding Award” was initiated in 2013 to admit the contributions of Hong Kong enterprises in environmental protection, talent education, innovation and technology, community service, etc., encouraging them to put more effort into social responsibility. Canon Hong Kong bestowed the award several times by participating in the “Rechargeable Battery Recycling Program” and “Computer and Communication Products Recycling Program” from 2005 and 2008, respectively. Along with promoting recycling activities throughout the workplace and providing a platform for our employees to engage, raising their awareness of environmental protection and fostering a green atmosphere.

    13 companies were awarded the “100%HK Branding Award 2022 – Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility in Environmental Conservation”, with great contributions to the avocation of environmental protection.
    Ms. Candy Mau, Assistant Director of Canon Hong Kong Corporate Communications Division, received the award from Dr. Chan Pak Li, Bernard, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Bureau (right) and Hon Dominic Lee Tsz-king, Legislative Council Member of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
    Canon Hong Kong and other enterprises received certificates of appreciation for their enthusiastic support of the recycling programs organized by the Hong Kong Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling Association.
