Automatic Notification

Upon the host sending out an invitation, a message with QR code will be generated and sent automatically to the visitors.

Once the visitor is successfully checked in, the host receives an automatic notification for confirmation.

Self-service

Visitors can simply scan the QR code in the invitation message with the scanner placed in the reception for self-check in.

In the reception area, a kiosk with floor plan can be used to guide visitors to the destination upon check in.

Contactless and Safe

The entire reception process no longer requires intervention of staff, creating a contactless check in experience for visitors.
