By Telephone
Call our Customer Service Hotline 3191-2338 during Office Hour Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 5:30pm (Saturdays & holidays excepted)
By Internet (e-Business Portal)
Press Here to login our e-Business Portal Website with your registered login name and password. You can also access your past meter reading and usage. (For registered user only)
*For new registration of e-Business Portal account, please kindly contact our Customer Service Hotline at 3191-2338
By Fax
You can report the latest meter reading and fax to 2369-3884 or 2739-3600
