Together with the all-rounded capture solution and advanced document management platform, users can trace workflow status of the documents by scanning QR code via our multi-functional devices with ease. Its built-in digital payment solution supports various payment methods, facilitating simple payable operation and business efficiency.
Presetting of print-out grouping and sequence by profile are supported. For each profile, users can tailor the document type to be printed – such as customer copy and internal copy – and their relevant printing orders. The system will automatically collate each printing set and allocate different color paper for each copy in the set.
Integrated with Antelope DMS, documents can be stored in the system as internal copies apart from simple print-out. The system will assign a unique number to each stored document to produce an index and a QR code for easy handling. It can easily pair up with any scanned copies later, optimizing document management process. MFD equipped with LPSS capturing solution automatically scans pre-assigned QR code on scanned documents. Desired data from the scanned documents are captured and extracted automatically, followed by auto categorization according to the defined sequences, e.g. invoice number, delivery note number, date, versioning etc.
LPSS can generate various digital payment QR code for payment methods such as Faster Payment System (FPS) and HSBC PayMe solution. End-users can fulfill payment instantly by simply scanning payment QR code with their mobile devices, simplifying payable process. The payment status will also be automatically synced to your DMS through ERP or other logistics applications.
LPSS can generate and export status reports in DMS for easy reconciliation. It helps businesses to better monitor and manage document status and be alerted to track on the nonreceipt documents. Meanwhile, it also auto-generates email reminders to notify user for following up the task.
