International Youth Tech Olympics 2023
Technological innovation is critical to the future generation, and the process of innovation also effectively cultivates the youth’s logical reasoning and imagination. Canon Hong Kong supports the development of the youth by being one of the sponsors of the International Youth Tech Olympics 2023. Numerous categories are included in the competition, such as robotics, game coding, digital art, AR, AI, IoT, drone, and more. This competition aims to provide a platform for preschool, primary, and secondary school students to interact and exchange innovative thoughts, as well as experience the happiness and power of technology.
On 8 and 15 July 2023, Canon Hong Kong participated in the competition to showcase the professional PosterArtist Lite software, featuring over hundreds of royalty-free templates. It allowed teachers and students to choose from a wide variety of activities and themes to create different variation of poster or notice board designs in three simple steps conveniently. The world’s first large format printer with aqueous pigment fluorescent ink, imagePROGRAF GP series printers, delivers an incredibly wide colour gamut and vibrant colours to create captivating and eye-catching effects for text, patterns, and artwork images. Reinforcing the concept that you are trying to communicate and creating a vibrant and stand out design.
Additionally, Canon Hong Kong showcased Kofax PDF 5 Advanced, a business solution that allows education sector to transform their document management with editing and conversion functions. Hence, assisting teachers to automate and simplify their daily teaching document efficiently and flexibly.
