HONG KONG, 26 July 2023 — Canon today announces the new imageCLASS LBP458x and LBP456w High-Speed A3 monochrome laser printer, supporting high speed printing, auto duplex printing (LBP458x only) and all-round mobile printing technologies, offering highly efficient and flexible document handling solutions for small to medium sized offices as well as large enterprises.
High Printing Speed for Quick Handling of Massive Printing
imageCLASS LBP458x offers high speed A4 B&W document printing at 43ppm and A3 B&W document printing at 22ppm, while imageCLASS LBP456w supports A4 B&W document printing at 30ppm and A3 B&W document printing at 15ppm, at up to equivalent 2,400 x 600 dpi print resolution to ensure professional quality with delicate and sharp reproduction of text and graphic and is perfect for printing reports, CAD drawings and blueprints.
The printers also feature Canon’s proprietary On-Demand Fixing technology which uses a ceramic heater to speed up heat transfer and reduce warm up time, allowing quick printing while achieving energy efficiency with a significant reduction in power consumption. As a result, they offer a quick first mono print out time in just 6.3s.
