The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) held the "Empowering SMEs for the AI Era" Solution Day on 6–7 February 2026, attracting enthusiastic participation from a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Canon was invited to hold the seminar, presenting on the topic “Still Doing It Manually? AI Solutions for Streamlining SME Operations.” The session addressed common challenges encountered by SMEs, such as manpower shortages and limited resources, and provided an in-depth introduction to the AI Genie 2 Intelligent Business Platform, purpose-built for managing daily operations. This platform leverages innovative technologies such as Agentic AI, GraphRAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), demonstrating the practical approaches to integrating AI into business workflows. These innovations enable organizations to achieve significant cost savings and substantial efficiency improvements, empowering SMEs to allocate valuable resources toward core business growth.

Canon also set up an exhibition booth at the event, where our professional consultants provided live demonstrations of AI Genie 2 key applications. Highlights included data extraction, three-way matching for purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes, large-scale résumé analysis and comparison, as well as the automated drafting of customized proposals and response emails. Attendees were given the opportunity to directly experience the practical advantages and real-world impact of these AI-powered solutions.
