Intelligent Document Hub
Developed for educational institutions, Therefore™ Student Profile Management Solution enables schools, colleges, and universities to move from paper based record to a centralised digital platform. By consolidating student and administrative documents from different departments into a structured information hub, Therefore™ helps address issues such as limited storage space, fragmented records, and time consuming file retrieval. Multi dimensional search functions allow staff to locate documents quickly, including student assignments and academic records, improving daily operational efficiency.
The solution supports collaboration and enhances transparency through centralised document storage and controlled document circulation. Customisable workflows and approval processes allow departments to coordinate more effectively, while management can track application and approval status in real time. Personalised digital forms also help streamline admissions, registrations, and internal requests by reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy.
With built in security and compliance features, Therefore™ provides permission control and encryption to protect sensitive student information. By combining document management, efficient retrieval, workflow support, and system security, Therefore™ supports educational institutions in building a reliable digital working environment.
Interactive Learning and Collaboration
The Interactive Flat Panel supports classroom and meeting use with 4K UHD resolution, accurate colour reproduction, an AI powered Trident Lens System, and a built in 16 microphone array for premium audio and visuals. With support for up to 50 point multi touch, intelligent writing, and annotation functions, it enables interactive teaching and real time collaboration beyond traditional whiteboards.
Designed for teaching and administrative environments, the solution supports wireless projection and multi device connectivity, allowing content to be shared without complex setup. Centralised IT management enables remote configuration, monitoring, and system updates across campuses, helping ensure consistent performance while reducing support effort. An intuitive user interface allows users of different skill levels to adopt the system easily and integrate it into daily teaching and administrative work.
Print Innovation
For schools looking for a reliable way to produce teaching materials and campus visuals, Canon large format printers provide a practical solution. From lesson posters and subject charts to student work displays, event signage, and campus decorations, the imagePROGRAF PRO Series delivers detailed output with minimal distortion. Equipped with LUCIA PRO II 12 colour pigment inks, the printers offer smooth colour gradation, deep blacks, and improved resistance to light and scratches, helping printed materials maintain their appearance over time. Smart roll systems and media handling features also simplify daily operation.
The PosterArtist application, available free of charge, allows teachers and administrative staff to create professional looking designs with ease. A wide range of ready made templates for posters, certificates, notices, and school events enables users to produce well designed materials without specialist design skills. Combined with Canon’s large format printers, PosterArtist supports the efficient creation of clear and well presented visual materials for school use.
Video Capture for Hybrid Learning
Canon CR N Series PTZ cameras are commonly used in educational settings for hybrid lessons, live streaming, and academic events such as seminars and assemblies. With 4K resolution at up to 60 fps and a CMOS sensor up to 1.0 inch, the cameras deliver clear images even in low light environments such as lecture halls and auditoriums. Features including wide angle coverage, up to 15x optical zoom, 30x advanced zoom, and automatic subject tracking support various teaching and presentation scenarios.
The cameras support high quality live broadcasting, allowing institutions to extend learning beyond physical classrooms by supporting hybrid or remote learning arrangements. By providing stable video capture and allowing interactive communication, the CR N series supports clearer instruction and wider access to educational content.
