Terms and Conditions - Photo of the Month - Mar2024
Details and criteria of getting prizes for March 2024 “Photo of the Month” Photography Competition:
The Competition is held from 1 March 2024 to 31 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Participation Period”).
One grand winner selected by professional photographer(s) will be awarded with an RF24-50mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM (“Winning Prize”). Each eligible participant joining the Competition via Club Canon’s website shall each receive a HK$200 Canon Online Store Coupon (“Participation Prize”). Irrespective of the number of photos submitted, each eligible Participant joining the Competition via Club Canon’s website (based on the email address as registered under Club Canon member account) can receive one Participation Prize only. For the avoidance of doubt, participants joining the Competition via Instagram will not be entitled to the Participation Prize.
All Participants joining the Competition via Instagram shall provide Canon your email address as registered under your Club Canon member account within the designated time after receiving Instagram inbox message from Canon for prize redemption arrangement (if applicable).
Canon will notify you the details of the Participation Prize and/or Winning Prize redemption arrangement (if applicable) on or before 30 April 2024 by email or SMS, according to the email address or mobile phone number as registered under your Club Canon member account. Information should be presented for verification at the time of prize collection.
If, due to any reason (including but not limited to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you), Canon is unable to notify you within 1 month after the end of the Promotion Period, you shall be deemed to have waived your rights to receive the prizes and Canon shall be entitled to exercise its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify you, and to use such prizes for any purposes as Canon deems fit.
As a Club Canon member, to receive a prize, you must consent to receive promotional information of consumer imaging & information products and services, Canon activities and other related notifications from Canon and choose “Yes” under the relevant option in your Club Canon member account.
The HK$200 Canon Online Store Coupon Participation Prize can be used only upon purchase of HK$1,000 or above in one single transaction at Canon Online Store. All Canon Online Store Coupons as Participation Prize (“eCoupons”) can only be used once and are valid until 31 May 2024 and will be invalidated after such date.
The eCoupon can only be used for purchase at Canon Online Store.
The eCoupon is non-redeemable for cash and non-exchangeable for other goods. The offer is available while stocks last.
The eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. One eCoupon can be used for each order only.
Information has to be provided clearly and accurately when placing order, which cannot be modified or cancelled upon confirmation. The eCoupon will be voided after order confirmation.
Canon HongKong Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any loss resulted from incorrect data input or email/SMS transmission errors.
The eCoupon is not transferable. Canon will not accept any requests for changing the prizes.
Canon shall not bear any responsibility for replacing any damaged, lost, stolen or expired eCoupons.

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and the Chinese translation is provided for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
