Canon Professional Services (CPS) is a service dedicated to support Canon professional photographers, professional videographers and content creators.
CPS offers three levels of membership – Silver, Gold and Platinum, providing Canon professional photographers, professional videographers and content creators the appropriate level of service and support including priority services, loan equipment, and a range of other benefits.

3 Canon Professional Digital Camcorder includes: Cinema EOS series, XF series and XA series.
4 Canon Digital Camera includes: EOS series and PowerShot series.
5 Each Premium Equipment Trial e-Coupon is entitled to a 7-day trial of one of the following Canon equipment: Cinema EOS cameras, RF Cinema Lenses, EF Cinema Lenses and equipment that are covered by Standard Equipment Trial e-Coupon. Each Standard Equipment Trial e-Coupon is entitled to a 7-day trial of one of the following Canon equipment: EOS digital interchangeable lens cameras, RF Lenses, EF Lenses, XF series and XA series Professional Digital Camcorders and Binoculars. 7 Equipment must be registered in advance on the member's professional equipment list; please refer to "Register Your Professional Equipment to Get Repair Discount" for eligible models. Maintenance and repair discount are not applicable to parallel imported products. Customer must present the Purchase Record Card / Warranty Card or International Warranty Card officially issued by Canon.
8 CPS Card and personal identification must be produced to receive support and services. The support and services for CPS members may vary between regions and are subject to service policy and terms and conditions of the local Canon Service Center.
9 These products can receive repair service at worldwide Canon CPS Service Centers and CPS service depot in international sports events after registration.
