Eligibility
- The rental of equipment listed in “EOS System Rental Service Price List” is only applicable to CPS members, CCS members, EOS-1 Club mebers and Club Canon members.
How to Reserve the Equipment
- All applications for EOS System Rental Service shall be made through the Canon Customer Service hotline 3191-2333 three (3) days to thirty (30) days in advance, subject to availability.
- Applications for the Equipment Rental are subject to confirmation and acceptance by CANON.
Pick Up Equipment
- Customer is required to present his/her ID Card upon picking up the Equipment.
- CPS member may be required to present his/her EOS-1 Club membership card upon picking up the Equipment.
- EOS-1 Club member may be required to present his/her EOS-1 Club membership card upon picking up the Equipment.
- Club Canon Education Store students member is required to present his/her student ID of eligible institutions upon picking up the Equipment.
- Customer shall execute the “Hire of Equipment Agreement” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions thereto. For the terms and conditions of the “Hire of Equipment Agreement”, please click here.
- Customer shall pick up and return the Equipment to Canon Image Square at the designated time.
Payments
- Subject to availability, Customer may pick up the Equipment from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on the day before the designated pick up time at no extra cost.
- A deposit equivalent to the prevailing retail price of the Equipment (details can be found at https://hk.canon) shall be made by the customer by credit card (Visa or Master) upon pick up of the Equipment.
- Payment of rental fees shall be made by credit card (Visa, Master card) or debit card.
Legal Notice
- In case of any dispute, CANON reserves the right of final decision.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
