Thank you for your support of Canon Image2, Customer Care Center and Canon Pro Solution Hub. In order to provide better experience and service, we are moving to a new location. The last operation date of current venue (20/F., iSQUARE, 63 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon) will be 27 October, 2020.
To provide continuing service support, two temporary service locations will be in place to serve your needs starting from 2 November, 2020, with details as below:

Our all-rounded platform devoted to serving your needs offers services including live chat, pickup and delivery service reservation, and repairing status check. Our platform will provide one-stop support to you pre-sales and after-sales.
In early 2021, we will come back with a new location to provide customized imaging solutions seamlessly, and offer interactive virtual experience in response to the dynamic era.
