Canon Hong Kong Received the Metro Finance GBA ESG Achievement Awards for the First Time

Our exceptional contribution is highly recognized by Metro Finance and honored with the "Outstanding Social Sustainable Award" for the first time.
With our corporate philosophy "Kyosei” at the heart, Canon Hong Kong integrates sustainability into business planning and daily operations to demonstrate corporate social responsibilities. We are also committed to building a sustainable and inclusive community by working closely with stakeholders across different sectors. Since its establishment in 2015, our Corporate Volunteer Team has devoted over 9,000 service hours covering diversified social welfare activities, including cultural preservation, environmental protection, education enlightenment, community care and humanitarian aid.
Under the umbrella message of "Imaging for Good", Canon Hong Kong fully leverages our imaging expertise to give back to the society. We always act as “Imaging Partner” and extend support to charities, such as offering complimentary photo shoot and print services for students from low-income families in partnership with Yan Chai Hospital. Since 2019, we have conducted 45 "Imaging for Fun" workshops to inspire children's creativity through interactive sessions of photography and printing. In 2024, Canon Hong Kong proudly awarded the "20 Years+ Caring Company" logo in recognition of our continuous endeavour to care the community, employees and the environment.
Beyond Hong Kong and Macau, we expanded the business to the Greater Bay Area in 2018 and established Canon Business Solutions (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in Futian, Shenzhen, introducing innovative and customized imaging and printing solutions to the region. Combining AI and cloud technologies, we provide numerous intelligent business solutions and professional services, including Document Management, Smart Workspace, Cloud and Mobility Solution, as well as commercial software such as Document Management and Scanning, Imaging Management, Cloud Printing and Electronic Signature Solution. We are dedicated to helping enterprises in the Greater Bay Area to achieve sustainability goals, accelerate digital transformation and streamline cross-border operations.

Presented by Metro Finance since 2020, the awards aim at commending enterprises that integrate the concept of sustainability and sound corporate governance into their operations and development planning.
