To provide Service Recipient with a qualified Hotline for all inquiries and problems relating to the maintenance, problems and disturbances
Proactive supplies delivery
To monitor the Supplies, e.g. the toner cartridges and other maintenance kits to ensure that maintenance is conducted in a proactive manner and that Supplies are delivered
Proactive maintenance
To maintain the performance and printing quality of the Products, to replace parts subject to wear and tear at certain time intervals and update software
Hardware break & fix service
Break Fix Service to eliminate problems in ongoing business operations
