IT PRO Corporate Choice 2017
The “IT PRO Corporate Choice 2017” awards ceremony was held on 15 December 2017 at Cordis, Hong Kong, to praise the achievements and contributions of the IT industry over the past year and to recognize the best quality solutions (products or services) to customers. Two of Canon Business & Service Solution, Antelope – Document Management Solution and uniFLOW – Output Management Solution were awarded.
Antelope is a Document Management Solution that supports a various range of features for user to manage and backup the files on the sharing cloud, including document and email filing, access right setting, audit log and file lock etc. In order to protect all the uploaded files, 256-bit AES encryption is equipped to enhance the security of sharing data. Antelope enables also the access of IOS and Android devices anywhere and at anytime, thus make the file management more convenience.
uniFLOW, an Output Management Solution, is designed to enhance efficiency and productivity of printing experience in a secure way. To achieve this, uniFLOW integrates several modules that generate usage statistics reports to better utilize the current resources and print in the most cost-effective way, equip with identity authentication to offer printing rights only to the authorized person. The system is able to remote control multifunctional devices across the company as well to avoid information leakage.
Canon is developing more Business & Service Solution in the principle of working hard with customers for enhancing business productivity and efficiency.
