Its chatbot can also draft professional and personalized email responses based on user designated roles, making workflow optimization easier than ever.
Print Management Solution - uniFLOW: Seamlessly connects with cloud and local servers, allowing serverless mobile print and direct scan to various cloud platforms. The data transmission of print and scan jobs is safeguarded by the AES‐256-bit encryption and supports various authentication methods to prevent data leakage.
Room Booking and Visitor Management Solution : Allows users to reserve meeting rooms anytime, anywhere via a mobile app. The system integrates IoT devices to remotely control and automatically deactivate the room appliances, as well as providing comprehensive reports on usage and energy consumption. Enterprises can also set up an automated reception to welcome visitors in a contactless and secure manner, undeniably enhancing the visitor experience.
