Canon Hong Kong's Heartfelt Success in Blood Donation Day 2025
Canon Hongkong Company Limited (Canon Hong Kong) is committed to building a caring and inclusive society. Over the years, the company has actively organized and participated in various charitable activities. This year, Canon Hong Kong continued to respond to the call for blood donation by the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service, and jointly held the "Blood Donation Day 2025" with Canon Electronic Business Machines (H.K.) Company Limited (CEBM) and Canon Engineering Hong Kong Company Limited (CEHK). On that day, more than 40 employees participated and donated a total of 30 bags of qualified blood.
Blood transfusion plays a crucial role in healthcare, as each blood donation can save 3 patients, which therefore can save millions of lives every year during routine and emergency medical procedures. The event deepened our colleagues’ understanding of the importance of blood donation and the medical system, helping them gradually develop the habit of regular blood donation. Mr. Gary Lee, President and CEO of Canon Hong Kong shared, “Canon Hong Kong has always upheld the corporate philosophy of ‘Kyosei’, actively fulfilling corporate social responsibilities and long-term involvement in social welfare activities. We sincerely thank every Canon Hong Kong colleague who actively responded to the blood donation activity, demonstrating a spirit of selfless dedication while conveying a message of love and hope to the public.”
Canon Hong Kong will continue to maintain its enthusiasm, fully commit to social initiatives and motivate others to join us for bringing more positive impacts to the society.

Canon Hong Kong sincerely thank the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service Center and every colleague who actively supported the event.

30 packs of qualified blood were collected - a small yet meaningful contribution to the local healthcare system.

Many colleagues expressed their happiness in participating in such meaningful activity and helping people’s lives.
