1. The Offer is provided by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“Canon”).
2. The Offer is valid from now until 31 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, members of the Law Society of Hong Kong (the “Members”) and/or law firms may enjoy any and all of the following offers:
(a) Purchase one or more imageFORMULA DR-G2090 at the discounted price of HK$42,000.
(b) Purchase one or more imageCLASS LBP325X during the Promotion Period with 15,000 free prints per each imageCLASS LBP325X provided on a complimentary basis (i.e. no meter charge for such free prints).

4. Upon choosing to participate in the Offer, Members and law firms shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”).
5. The Offer is only available to the Members/law firms and cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash and/or any other goods.
6. All offers are available on a first come, first served basis while stock lasts.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount and/or offer.
8. Canon will treat any personal data provided by Members and/or authorized representative(s) from respective law firm(s) in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and our privacy policy (https://hk.canon/en/consumer/web/privacy-policy) amended from time to time.
9. Canon shall have the sole and absolute right towards the Offer, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Offer without prior notice to any parties save and except that any such amendment will not affect accrued rights and obligations.
10. Canon reserves the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
11. In case of any dispute, Canon reserves the right of final decision.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). Members hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts in connection with any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
