Situation
We regret to announce that due to the changes in the specifications of Picasa™ web albums by Google, it will not be possible for the above listed users to use“Picasa™ Web Album Direct Print” function after April 20th, 2015 (PIXMA MX727 / MX927 users can continue to use the function after firmware update). We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Market Support
We have developed a new firmware for users of PIXMA MX727 / MX927 to address the issue above. Please connect your printer to internet and update the firmware with the built-in firmware upgrade function to continue use of “Picasa™ Web Album Direct Print” function. If the firmware is not updated, this function will not be available after April 20th, 2015.
