Cause and Solution
There is a possibility that a foreign object such as paper or vinyl material is stuck inside the printer.
Open the top cover and make sure no foreign object such as paper or vinyl material is stuck inside the printer. If any foreign object is stuck, remove it and close the top cover. [Checking the Inside of the Printer]
