Terms and Conditions - Photography Competition - Q12025 - Canon HongKong

Details and criteria of getting prizes for Club Canon Photography Competition (“Competition”):

1. The Competition is held from 17 February 2025 to 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Participation Period”) by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“Canon”).
2. Professional photographer(s) will select one grand winner to be awarded with an EOS R50 (White) with RF-S18-45mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM Kit Set (“Winning Prize”). Each eligible participant joining the Competition via Club Canon’s website or Instagram shall each receive a HK$200 Canon Online Store Coupon (“Participation Prize”). 3. Irrespective of the number of photos submitted, each eligible participant joining the Competition via Club Canon’s website or Instagram (based on the email address as registered under Club Canon member account) can receive one Participation Prize only.
4. All Participants joining the Competition via Instagram shall provide Canon your email address as registered under your Club Canon member account (non-Club Canon member has to register first before prize redemption) within the designated time after receiving Instagram inbox message from Canon for prize redemption arrangement (if applicable).
5. Canon will notify you of the details of the Participation Prize and/or Winning Prize redemption arrangement (if applicable) on or before 30 April 2025 by email or SMS, according to the email address or mobile phone number registered under your Club Canon member account. Information should be presented for verification at the time of prize collection.
6. If, due to any reason (including but not limited to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you), Canon is unable to notify you within 1 month after the end of the Promotion Period, you shall be deemed to have waived your rights to receive the prizes and Canon shall be entitled to exercise its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify you, and to use such prizes for any purposes as Canon deems fit.
7. The Participation Prize of HK$200 Canon Online Store Coupon can be used only upon purchase of HK$1,000 or above in one single transaction at Canon Online Store. All Canon Online Store Coupons (the Participation Prize (“eCoupon”) can only be used once and are valid until 31 May 2025 and will be invalidated after such date.
8. The eCoupon can only be used for purchase at Canon Online Store.
9. The eCoupon is non-redeemable for cash and non-exchangeable for other goods. The offer is available while stocks last.
10. The eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. ​​​​​ One eCoupon can be used for each order only.
11. Information has to be provided clearly and accurately when placing order, which cannot be modified or cancelled upon confirmation. The eCoupon will be voided after order confirmation.
12. Canon will not be liable for any loss resulted from incorrect data input or email/SMS transmission errors.
13. The eCoupon is not transferable. Canon will not accept any requests for changing the prizes.
14. Canon shall not bear any responsibility for replacing any damaged, lost, stolen or expired eCoupons.

17. In the event of any dispute, Canon reserves the right to make the final decision.
