On-site installation service terms and conditions
Our technician will call you to make an appointment for the date and time of the on-site installation service
On-site installation service is applicable during office hours (Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm, Sat 9:00am to 12:30pm, closed on Sunday and public holidays)
Additional charge HK$150 per call will be charged for Outlying island, Discovery Bay, Sunny Bay, Disneyland, Restricted Area with Permit and remote area.
The installation service is limited to three computers. After that, the print driver installation fee for each computer is HK$50
Customers must ensure that the computer and network peripherals are operating normally
On-site installation service is a one-time installation service, and must be arranged and processed within one month
