    Canon Hong Kong is always eager to provide a happy and healthy workplace for colleagues, to bring job satisfaction and personal development, and at the same time to increase the morale of the team and enhance the sense of belonging. We share this philosophy with the "Chief Happiness Officer Association", which hosts the Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Awards 2023 and we are honoured to be awarded the “Top 10 Happy Companies to Work For”.

    The Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Awards aims to honor organizations and corporations which put tremendous effort into driving employee well-being and happiness with their unique corporate culture. Judging committee of the "Chief Happiness Officer Association” rated participating organizations in employee engagement, work experience, digital transformation, people transformation, psychological wellness and innovation in building a happiness culture as the major judging criteria. Canon Hong Kong’s efforts in spreading happiness around the office are recognized by the judging committee.

    Canon Hong Kong striving to provide individual and team training programs as well as educational allowance to encourage further staff development. We are also keen on building our positive corporate culture by introducing activities that prioritize the physical and mental health of our staff, enhancing their well-being and family support as one of our top missions . Liaising volunteer work is also another means to achieve this goal, with a corporate volunteer team that focuses on "Imaging for Good" as an overall direction, our colleagues engaged in different social welfare initiatives including elderly services, environmental protection activities.
