At Canon Image Square, we have a professional studio, occupying approx. 1,200 sq feet, providing an ideal place to CPS members, EOS-1 Club members and Club Canon members for commercial photography and videography production. Canon Professional Representatives will provide technical advise and supports to you when necessary. The new and more flexible studio rental plan offers higher flexibility for hirers.In order to provide a professional imaging production environment, Canon equipped the studios with leading equipment and solutions in the industry, including Broncolor Studio Professional lighting system, Manfrotto lighting supports to fullfil your production needs.

Our professional studio occupies approx. 1,200 sq. ft. open spaces. The minimalism decorations style gives a sense of comfort and the view of West Kowloon peninsula can be seen from window.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
- The rental of studio and equipment listed in “Studio Space and Studio Equipment Rental Price List” is only applicable to CPS, CCS, Canon Club and EOS-1 Club members subject to the payment of rental fees listed thereto with a discount rate determined by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“CANON”).
- The rental of equipment listed in “Imaging Equipment Rental for Studio Price List” is only applicable to CPS, Canon Club and EOS-1 members.

How to Reserve the Studio and the Equipment
- All applications for Studio Space and Studio Equipment Rental and Imaging Equipment Rental for Studio Services shall be made through the Customer Service Hotline 3191-2333 (Club Canon Members) or EOS-1 Club Service Hotline (EOS-1 Club Members) or CPS Hotline (CPS Members).
- Applications for the Studio Space and Studio Equipment Rental and Imaging Equipment Rental for Studio Services are subject to confirmation and acceptance by CANON.

Use of the Studio
- Customer shall execute the “Studio and Equipment Hire Agreement” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions thereto. For the terms and conditions of the “Studio and Equipment Hire Agreement”, please click here.
- Customer shall make a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental fees to CANON, refundable subject to CANON’s cancellation policy.
- The equipment rented under the “Studio Space and Studio Equipment Rental Price List” and “Imaging Equipment Rental for Studio Price List” can only be used inside the studio rented.

Payments
- Payment of rental fees shall be made by credit card (Visa, Master card or UnionPay) or debit card.

Legal Notice
- In case of any dispute, CANON reserves the right of final decision.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
