Terms and Conditions of the “Special Offer for Interactive Flat Panel” 

1. The Offer (as defined below) is provided by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“Canon”). 

2. The Offer is valid from now until 31 December 2026 (the “Program Period”). 

3. Upon choosing to participate in the Offer, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”).

Eligibility

4. You must be Canon new corporate customer and have successfully signed contract in form as prescribed by Canon in relation to Designated Canon Product(s) (as defined below) with Canon during the Program Period in order to be eligible to enjoy the below products (“Offer”). 

Designated Canon Product(s):

 a) 55-inch Interactive Flat Panel MAXHUB XBOARD V7 SERIES V5550 (I5-12TH GEN), including one year warranty (to be provided by our third party service provider) 

b) Promotion Price: From HK$29,300/unit  

5. Variation in the product model and/or contract period will lead to inapplicability of the Offer and shall be subject to Canon’s separate quotation. Additional options will be subject to additional charge. The final price shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract to be entered into between you and Canon.

6. The Offer is available to Canon new corporate customer and cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash and/or any other goods. 

7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount and/or offer. 

Disqualification

8. Canon reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or exclude any participant from participating in the Offer without prior notice if the participant: 

a. commits a breach of these Terms and Conditions; 

b. provides untrue or invalid information; 

c. is found to be participating in the Offer in any illegal or dishonest manner; or 

d. is reasonably considered by Canon to be suitable to be disqualified or excluded. 

 Personal Data 

9. Upon registering for the Offer and/or participating in the Offer, you acknowledge and agree that you have obtained proper consent from each individual whose personal data is provided to Canon for the purpose of the Offer. You further acknowledge and agree that personal data provided by you may be processed, accessed, stored and/or transferred by Canon (and/or through its service provider(s)) for the purpose of the Offer, and/or for following up with your requests related to the Offer. Any personal data involved is limited to the company name, name of your corporate representative(s), position of your corporate representative(s), contact number, email address, business name card and/or any other reasonable personal data for the sole purpose of the Offer. 

10. Canon will treat any personal data provided by you in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and our privacy policy (https://hk.canon/en/consumer/web/privacy-policy) amended from time to time. 

11. Any personal data provided to Canon may be processed, accessed, stored and/or transferred outside Hong Kong and/or to Canon’s affiliates or third party service providers including but not limited to cloud server providers situated outside Hong Kong. Such locations may offer a different level of protection of personal data. If Canon transfers personal data outside Hong Kong, Canon will make sure to protect personal data by applying the level of protection required under applicable data privacy laws. Miscellaneous 

12. Canon is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any problems, technical malfunction or security loophole of any communication network, computer hardware or software or internet system; or due to any mistake made or actions by the participants.

 13. Any products and/or services provided by third party in this program, including but not limited to the warranty services, shall be subject to terms and conditions of relevant third party provider(s). There is no contract of employment, relationship of agency or partnership, or joint venture between Canon and any third party provider. Canon shall not be responsible for any legal liability in respect of any products and/or services provided by third party or any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to redeem products and/or services. Canon makes no representation or warranty as to any third party products and/or services. 

14. Canon shall not be liable to participants for any loss, damage, cost and expense directly or indirectly suffered by participants (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of saving, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue or loss of contract incurred by participants, whether anticipated or actual, or any special indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever) or any action, claim and proceeding taken against participants by any third party or parties in connection with, incidental to and consequential upon the performance of Canon and/or its employees and/or independent contractors and/or collaborating partners in relation to this Offer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the extent permitted by law, Canon’s total aggregate liability in contract, tort, equity or otherwise for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be limited to HK$100. 

15. Canon shall have the sole and absolute right towards the Offer, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Offer without prior notice to any parties save and except that any such amendment will not affect accrued rights and obligations. 

16. Canon reserves the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 

17. In case of any dispute, Canon reserves the right of final decision. 

18. Any failure or delay by Canon to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of that right nor operate to bar the exercise or enforcement of it at any time or times thereafter. 

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts in connection with any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
