Terms and Conditions of the “Special Offer to New Customer”

1. The Offer (as defined below) is provided by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“Canon”).

2. The Offer is valid from now until 28 February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Upon choosing to participate in the Offer, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”).

Eligibility

4. You must be new Canon corporate customer and have successfully signed contract in form as prescribed by Canon in relation to Designated Canon Product(s) (as defined below) with Canon during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to enjoy the below Promotion Price (“Offer”).

Promotion Price: From HK$399/unit/month

5. Variation in the product model and/or contract period will lead to inapplicability of the Offer and shall be subject to Canon’s separate quotation. Additional options will be subject to additional charge. The final price shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract to be entered into between you and Canon.

6. The Offer is only available to non-existing Canon corporate customer and cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash and/or any other goods.

7. All offers are available on a first come, first served basis with the maximum quota of 50 customers.

8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount and/or offer.

Disqualification

9. Canon reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or exclude any participant without prior notice if the participant:commits

a. breach of these Terms and Conditions;

b. provides untrue or invalid information;

c. is found to be participating in the Offer in any illegal or dishonest manner; or

d. is reasonably considered by Canon to be suitable to be disqualified or excluded.

Personal Data

10. Canon will treat any personal data provided by you in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and our privacy policy (https://hk.canon/en/consumer/web/privacy-policy) amended from time to time.

11. Any personal data provided to Canon may be processed, accessed, stored and/or transferred outside Hong Kong and/or to Canon’s affiliates or third party service providers including but not limited to cloud server providers situated outside Hong Kong. Such locations may offer a different level of protection of personal data. If Canon transfers personal data outside Hong Kong, Canon will make sure to protect personal data by applying the level of protection required under applicable data privacy laws.

Miscellaneous

12. Canon is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any problems, technical malfunction or security loophole of any communication network, computer hardware or software or internet system; or due to any mistake made or actions by the participants.

13. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, all time is based on the time of receipt of information submitted at the Canon server.

14. Canon shall have the sole and absolute right towards the Offer, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Offer without prior notice to any parties save and except that any such amendment will not affect accrued rights and obligations.

15. Canon reserves the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

16. In case of any dispute, Canon reserves the right of final decision.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts in connection with any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
