It is Canon’s second F2.8 constant aperture non-L RF Zoom lens after the popular RF28-70mm F2.8 IS USM. The design concept of RF16-28mm F2.8 IS USM emphasizes a balance of size, image quality, functionality, and price, bringing a more affordable F2.8 ultra-wide-angle zoom lens option to photo amateurs, hybrid shooters and content creators.
