無線打印
打印機內置Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n無線網絡及以太網路作網絡打印，方便辦公室內各部門或工作小組輕易共享打印機功能。另外，無需經路由器，透過Direct Connection模式可直接連接最多5部流動裝置至打印機進行打印。
自動雙面打印
imageCLASS MF272dw支援雙面打印功能，有助節省紙張資源及降低打印成本，亦令多頁文件或報告更整齊易閱；配合2合1或4合1頁面打印，更能在一頁紙上打印雙倍或四倍內容，大大降低用紙量
簡化保養程序
自動移除碳粉盒封條設計，封條會於碳粉盒安裝至打印機時自動於機內移除，大大簡化碳粉盒的更換及保養程序，節省時間。加上採用整合式碳粉盒設計，將感光鼓及碳粉二合為一，減少耗材組件，符合環保原則。
